Your Responsibilities in This Lead Role

As the Lead Residential Service Electrician, you are not only a key member of our team—you are the first impression customers will have of Mr. Electric Calgary.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading residential electrical service work, from installations to complex troubleshooting and repairs (e.g. panels, wiring, safety upgrades).
- Setting the tone for customer service by building trust with homeowners and delivering the experience Mr. Electric is known for.
- Ensuring the safety of every home you visit while identifying and presenting opportunities to improve electrical systems for families.
- Serving as a mentor and role model for future team members as our Calgary branch grows.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Certified Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal) with at least 3 years of residential experience.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and pride in high-quality workmanship.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, apps, digital workflows).
- Leadership mindset—ready to represent the brand and help grow our Calgary location.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay and Benefits
