D365 Business Central Presales Consultant - Remote with limited travel (Canada) - $160k total comp CAD - Growing Microsoft Partner

🧩 The Role

Approx. 50% Pre-Sales / 50% Implementation (non-lead):

- Deliver engaging Business Central demos (finance-focused)
- Understand client pains and tell a clear solution story
- Support GP → BC migrations where relevant
- Help with high-level estimates / scoping
- Stay current with BC via selective implementation work
- Collaborate with an experienced BC pre-sales/implementation team

✅ What You Bring

Must-haves:

- Solid Business Central experience
- Strong finance background (preferred over manufacturing)
- Comfort presenting via Teams and in occasional in-person meetings
- Outgoing, confident, and great with clients & storytelling

Nice-to-haves:

- GP → BC migration experience
- Pre-sales or demo experience (or strong interest in it)
- Exposure to F&O / CE, municipal clients, or food & retail (e.g. LS Retail)
- CPA/accounting designation

🌍 Location & Travel

- Canada-based only
- Preference for Atlantic / Eastern time zones
- Mostly remote, with minimal travel for key clients or team events

💰 Salary & Benefits

- Target total comp: ~CAD $150K–$154K
- Includes ~$4K bonus, paid twice yearly
- No commission (even with sales involvement)

- 3 weeks’ vacation, with option for unpaid leave

🔎 Process & Start Date

- Behavioral & cognitive assessments required
