As a Customer Fulfillment Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across North America, ensuring their orders are processed with speed, accuracy, and care.

- Salary Estimate: $59,000 – $78,000 (Glassdoor)
- Contract Type: Full-time, hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Statutory Holidays: Must be available to work 3 per year in lieu of vacation or paid time off

Role Overview

As part of the Customer Fulfillment Solutions team, you’ll manage inbound calls, process orders, and resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, and delivery. You’ll collaborate with sales teams, distribution partners, and supply chain departments to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, efficient, and satisfying.

Your work will directly support Veolia’s mission to deliver sustainable solutions across thirteen industries. You’ll also enjoy a dynamic work environment with access to on-site amenities like a gym, cafeteria, and forest trail, plus seasonal activities like volleyball and pickleball tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter customer orders with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality
- Manage inbound calls and phone queue professionally
- Review and action fulfillment reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues
- Keep customers proactively informed about order status
- Prevent and reduce returns and invoicing errors
- Prioritize and manage high volumes of requests from customers and sales teams
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requirements
- Handle critical cases with urgency and ownership
- Support the Customer Fulfillment Specialist in your assigned region

Qualifications and Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, fulfillment, or procurement
- Diploma or certificate in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong digital mindset; comfortable using CRM and ERP platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office
- Basic presentation and commercial reconciliation skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and meeting etiquette
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet responsiveness expectations
- Awareness of ISO quality management systems and continuous improvement practices
- Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Energetic and collaborative team player
