* Over 6 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors?

* Extensive SAP SF Time Off/ Tracking experience?

* Hands-on configuration experience? (Time Off/ Tracking)

* Global scale SAP project experience?

* Strong client facing skills?

* Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management skills?
