Our family-owned business has been around for over 75 years, and our pharmacy has been at the heart of what we do since day one. We believe that a great deal of our success comes from supporting our pharmacists to ensure they have a fulfilling career. Some of the ways we do that are:

2. Advancement opportunities through our promote-from-within policies
3. Salaries commensurate with experience & potential to earn bonuses
4. Multiple pharmacists always on shift
5. Pharmacy technicians on-staff to relieve pharmacists from routine tasks

Successful candidates will possess:
1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
2. Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations
3. Ability to work as a team player
4. Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure
5. A high level of professionalism
6. Strong computer skills
7. Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade their knowledge
8. A desire to actively engage in patient counseling, monitor patient profiles, and perform drug usage reviews
9. An interest in disease management and compliance programs and being involved with community seminars and workshops
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday
We offer:
1. Advancement opportunities through our promote-from-within policies
2. Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision coverage for you and your family
3. Company matched RRSPs after 2 years
4. Employee Discount Program
5. Ongoing In-House Training & Education Courses
6. Employee Family Assistance Program (includes free confidential counseling and support)
7. Employee Recognition Program
8. Community involvement opportunities
