Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications

- Bridge communication between stakeholders and the D365 development team, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle

- Analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solutions

- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configure and customize D365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles), and ensure technical feasibility with developers

- Stay current with D365 out‑of‑the‑box functionality and maintain a high‑level understanding of customization concepts

- Cross‑collaborate with the D365 Product Team and other key stakeholders to support user story creation and required documentation

- Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies to drive project success

- Support post‑deployment and UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and investigating issues for timely resolution

Skills and Experience

- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in a D365 environment

- Strong knowledge of D365 core modules, business process mapping, and out‑of‑the‑box functionality; experience with Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations modules is an asset

- Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and functional design documents (FDDs)

- Proven experience configuring and customizing D365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles)

- Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Skilled in creating user stories, training materials, and support documentation

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills; self‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities

- Microsoft certifications in D365 is considered an asset

- Experience with Power Platform and basic integration concepts is considered an asset
