Waterloo Community Counselling – Clinical Services Manager

Waterloo Community Counselling (WCC) is looking for a part‑time Clinical Services Manager (3–4 days per week). The role involves recruiting, supporting and managing all counsellors and supervisors working at WCC.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment of qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and supervisors.

- Provide ongoing support, supervision and professional development to staff.

- Oversee staff scheduling and service delivery to ensure quality mental‑health care.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in site visits and online meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

- Professional qualification in counselling/psychotherapy.

- Experienced supervisor with high clinical competence and inclusive, intercultural practice.

- Leadership skills and proven management experience in mental‑health settings.

- Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
