The Global Procurement team are trusted business advisors who strategically partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non-product purchases for the global organization. The team supports the business in increasing its profitability and return on investment by creating value in our indirect supply chain through sourcing and negotiation. From providing category expertise, market insights, cost savings opportunities & developing short and long-term strategies, the Global Procurement team supports the business with their supplier relationships.

core responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, Procurement Strategy & Analytics, the Analyst, Supplier Inclusion & Impact plays a key role in advancing lululemon’s Supplier Inclusion & Impact (SI&I) program. You will manage and analyze supplier data, develop tools and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external organizations to drive equity, transparency, and impact in our procurement practices.

- Maintain and manage complex supplier datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Partner with Category Management teams to provide data and reporting support for sourcing events.
- Collaborate with the Spend Management Manager to ensure accurate supplier record tracking and reporting.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and program performance.
- Educate internal teams on program requirements, tools, and best practices.

qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Sustainability, or a related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, procurement, responsible sourcing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); familiarity with AI-driven reporting or automation tools considered an asset.
- Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, or responsible procurement frameworks.
- Experience in data enrichment, cleansing, and visualization to support program reporting or compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for leadership reporting.
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement, community impact, or corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000 - $86,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
