Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

This role involves designing and maintaining scalable, user-friendly web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain scalable server-side APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design and manage MongoDB databases using Mongoose.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT or OAuth.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team meetings.

- Deploy applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 9+ years of overall software development experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack or full-stack developer.

- Strong experience with React.js and state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

- Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing tools, and containerization (e.g., Docker).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or Next.js.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and web security best practices.
