- Stamp and certify project designs and reports as required under Ontario engineering regulations.

Customer Interface

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing project updates.

- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to communicate project status and milestones.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Regulatory Compliance and Permitting

- Ensure all projects adhere to municipal, provincial, and federal regulations, including environmental and zoning requirements.

- o Prepare and submit permit applications, reports, and documentation to regulatory authorities.

- o Interface with municipal staff and other agencies to obtain necessary approvals.

- Foster collaboration and communication across teams to achieve project goals.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Financial Oversight

- Prepare project cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize financial impacts.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and contracts.

- Collaborate with Senior Management to establish, track, report on and be accountable to KPIs.
