Your new role
As the Electrical Foreman, you will oversee on-site electrical operations, supervise crews, and ensure that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with project managers and other trades to maintain clear communication and drive project success. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining productivity, quality control, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
You must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician ticket in British Columbia, with at least five years of experience in electrical construction and two years in a supervisory role. A solid understanding of the BC Electrical Code, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and strong leadership skills are essential. Experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is an asset, and a valid driver’s license is required.
