About the Role We are looking for a driven and inquisitive Associate Account Executive with a passion for technology and sales to support our growing Boomi integration practice. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of technology sales experience who wants to develop in enterprise sales, work with leading-edge integration solutions, and make an impact by helping clients solve real business challenges. As an Associate AE, you’ll play a vital role in identifying new Boomi-related business opportunities, supporting pipeline development, and help drive enterprise sales. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a high-performing team while helping Fortune 2000 companies modernize and scale through integration. Responsibilities - Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from Boomi-based integration solutions - Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event outreach to engage and qualify leads - Own lead generation efforts within a defined territory, creating and executing outreach cadences, campaigns, and event promotions - Support Account Executives by preparing account research, call briefs, meeting follow-ups, and strategic account planning - Identify and understand client business challenges and initiatives to position BIG’s Boomi offerings as valuable solutions - Clearly communicate BIG’s value proposition within the Boomi ecosystem, showcasing our ability to solve complex integration and data flow problems - Build and maintain trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and client decision-makers, including C-level executives - Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaign execution, content promotion, event-driven lead generation, and pipeline acceleration - Work cross-functionally with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to understand solution capabilities and ensure alignment with client needs - Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM tools - Develop long-term strategies for account growth, aligned with client business objectives - Represent BIG at industry conferences, client meetings, and Boomi partner events (up to 40% travel may be required) Required Experience & Skills - 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology consulting - Exposure to consultative or value-based selling approaches, ideally with complex solutions such as software or business applications - Interest in cloud technologies, system integration, or iPaaS - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and virtual) with a natural ability to build rapport and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite - Ability to understand business challenges and articulate technical concepts in a relatable way - Familiarity with business operations and identifying gaps or opportunities for digital transformation - Experience working toward activity-based targets (e.g., meetings booked, qualified leads, pipeline conversion) - Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office - Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment - Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow within a high-performing sales organization - Confidence and resourcefulness in managing multiple priorities and client engagements Desirable Skills - Exposure to Boomi or other integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Informatica) - Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients, preferably in a consulting or professional services context - Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment - Prior success selling professional services or software within a highly autonomous sales structure - Self-motivated to operate within a highly autonomous sales environment - Previous experience selling professional services and/or software - Proven results while working remotely "}} as json #J-18808-Ljbffr
