The ideal candidate will have a variety of home improvement skills to support our growing business in Edmonton. Job Summary:

- Provide basic construction skills to residents and businesses in Edmonton and nearby areas
- Bid on work and complete projects to high satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers

Job Requirements:

- Proficiency in at least three of the following skill areas:

- General Carpentry (Rough and Finish)
- Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel
- Kitchen Refresh
- Interior and Exterior Painting
- Drywall Repair, Patching, and Caulking
- Minor Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- General Home Repairs and Maintenance

- Excellent customer service and client relations skills
- Knowledge of building codes
- Material management skills
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Tools, work vehicle, and good references
- Experience in remodeling or home repair trades
- Ability to pass a background check
- Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers' compensation
- Smartphone and internet access required
