Working hours: Monday to Friday - Variable hours, depending on operational needs. But mainly from 12:00 to 20:00.

Position type: permanent contract

Our client is a company specializing in industrial maintenance and hygiene services. They are looking for a new Field Operations Manager. The role involves managing maintenance service operations across a portfolio of sites, ensuring that quality, profitability and regulatory compliance targets are met, while effectively coordinating field teams.

Your role:

- Operational management: Supervise human, material and technical resources to ensure efficient operations. Guarantee service quality through regular inspections and compliance with procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of economic and qualitative performance.
- Team management: Supervise staff through induction, integration, training, evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Administrative management: Manage payroll, schedules, invoicing and rigorously document operations in internal tools.
- Ensure smooth communication with customers and compliance with contractual commitments.
- Identify specific customer needs and propose adjustments where necessary.
- Respect for standards and compliance: Ensure the application of OHS standards and collaborate with internal bodies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment (OHS, HR, unions).

Skills and qualifications :

- 2-3+ years' experience in a similar, unionized business services role
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to supervise teams
- Sense of customer service, rigor and organization
- Autonomy, judgment and ability to manage priorities
- Knowledge of unionized environments and basic HR processes
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and hygiene services
