The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Product Manager to join our team. This is not a typical product management role. In our nimble agency environment, this position sits at the critical intersection of product strategy, project delivery, client partnership, and technological innovation. The successful candidate will guide the development of sophisticated solutions for small to mid-sized organizations, focusing on advanced engineering, AI, data modeling, and cloud management systems. You will have the opportunity to move confidently through ambiguity and drive transformative outcomes that matter. This is an ideal role for an individual who can seamlessly navigate the complexities of digital marketing and can shape and guide the development of innovative marketing products.

What you'll do

Digital Product Management for our Clients

- Develop, own, and present compelling product visions and strategies for client initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic discussions with senior client stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by leading in-depth discovery sessions and interviews to define user needs and ensure the final product is intuitive and insightful.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating complex business questions into prioritized product backlogs, actionable user stories, and defined acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineers, product designers, and data scientists throughout the development cycle, clarifying requirements and making critical trade-off decisions to deliver value incrementally.

Digital Product Leadership and Development for Noise

- Work with leadership and technical leads to identify opportunities for productization.
- Define and develop standardized, market-ready service offerings and data products.
- Develop strategic frameworks to map the client technology adoption journey.
- Organize and facilitate design thinking sessions to foster collaboration and gather diverse perspectives on new solutions.

Project Governance

- In cooperation with the Scrum Master, facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with cross-functional production, engineering, and BI teams.
- Working with client services team members, ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of data products, pipelines, models, and visualizations.
- Drive product validation by overseeing and directing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure perfect alignment between the solution and strategic objectives.
- Regularly review project progress, address challenges, and provide updates to senior Noise and client stakeholders on accomplishments and potential risks.
- Effectively manage project resources, including budgets and personnel, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-efficiency.

Thought Leadership and Continuous Learning

- Act as a thought leader within the organization on AI and digital product innovation.
- Share insights on emerging trends and best practices to help maintain Noise's competitive edge.
- Stay informed of industry developments to continuously seek opportunities to improve product strategies and adapt approaches.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization by organizing workshops and collaborative forums.
- Help build the team's capabilities by establishing communities of practice where employees can share knowledge and develop skills.

What you'll need to bring

- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-oriented field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years focused on product management, specifically on projects centered on digital, data, and AI technologies.
- Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems.
- Comprehensive experience overseeing the entire digital product lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation through to launch and iteration.
- In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and a strong ability to identify their practical applications to solve business challenges.
- Advanced skills in designing and delivering solutions using Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and modern product management principles.
- Solid foundational knowledge of data science principles and how they can be applied to create value.
- Familiarity with core principles for effective stakeholder engagement and successful organizational change management.

Nice to have

- Professional certification in Agile Methodologies (e.g., Certified Agile Product Management, Product Owner) is highly desirable.
