What You’ll Do:

- Lead end-to-end FICA process design, configuration, and delivery (dunning, payments, instalments, write-offs, tax/G/L setup, data migration).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into clear functional specs.
- Integrate FICA with modules like Billing, DM, FICO, CX, and external banks.
- Prepare functional designs, guide testing/UAT, create documentation, and run end-user training.
- Support project timelines and pre-sales initiatives.

Your Background:

- 10+ years in SAP IS-U FICA (preferably S/4HANA Utilities).
- Strong in Canadian utility sector processes and regulatory know-how.
- Experience with data migration, AMI, and meter-to-cash cycles.
- Excellent communicator; client-facing and team leadership experience a plus.
- SAP certification and ABAP debugging are advantages.
