Connectez-vous à une carrière qui compte et aidez-nous à bâtir un avenir plus sûr.## **Department Overview**Reporting to the Team Lead, Demand Planning, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business success through your expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory analysis. You will be responsible for developing and executing demand planning strategies, optimizing inventory levels, and collaborating with external parties and cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate projection of product demand. This position requires a subject matter expert with a proven track record of success in demand planning and a deep understanding of industry best practices.## Job Description**In this role you will:*** Lead monthly S&OP process to drive alignment between Product Management, Finance and Sales on an unconstrained demand plan* Develop a SKU level demand plan that supports financial objectives* Maintain clear communication with supply planning and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply with anticipated demand to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory* Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management and NPI teams on NPI launches to define key considerations and milestone dates related to Supply Chain to ensure launch date readiness for new product and minimal inventory exposure on phase out product* Conduct regular demand planning reviews and provide insightful analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement* Monitor backlog and provide recommendations on options to fulfill customer demand* Be accountable to ensure MRP drive is accurate and in accordance with the plan* Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy* Perform other duties as assigned****Preferred Qualifications:***** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with external parties, cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to stakeholders* Proven track record of successfully managing priorities in a fast-paced environment* Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends* Forecasting and Statistical Analysis skills required* Proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel functions is highly desirable* Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $140,000 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
