Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of accounts, categorizing clients and identifying collectible balances.
• Make consistent follow-up calls to clients to confirm payment timelines and details.
• Update and maintain accurate records of collection activities using Excel and accounting software.
• Collaborate with team members to track and analyze data related to outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with clients to gather payment information, including cheque numbers and payment schedules.
• Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all collection activities.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to collections for management review.
• Support year-end financial goals by driving timely collections.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
