Job Description

- Implement and configure Oracle EPM solutions tailored to organizational needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EPM applications.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization.

- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimal efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all implementations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EPM with other systems.

The Successful Applicant

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM tools (Planning, Budgeting, FCCS) and Hyperion.

- Experience with financial processes like budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

- Ability to integrate EPM with ERP systems and work with SQL or scripting.

- Understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud and migration projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
