Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale client relationship, from onboarding through retention and expansion, acting as the trusted advisor for our customers.

Le Gestionnaire de la réussite client (Customer Success Manager) sera responsable de la relation client après-vente, de l’intégration jusqu’à la fidélisation et à l’expansion, en agissant comme conseiller de confiance auprès de nos clients.
Responsabilités
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and strong adoption of RPS solutions.
- Lead client onboarding, training, and product implementation.
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities.
- Partner with sales to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Gather client feedback and work cross-functionally with product and operations to enhance offerings.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Québec mortgage brokers, becoming their trusted partner of choice.

- Servir de point de contact principal pour les comptes assignés, en veillant à un haut niveau de satisfaction et à une forte adoption des solutions RPS.
- Diriger l’intégration des clients, la formation et la mise en œuvre des produits.
- Surveiller la santé des comptes, traiter de manière proactive les risques et identifier les opportunités de croissance.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des ventes afin de stimuler les renouvellements et les opportunités de vente additionnelle (upselling).
- Recueillir les commentaires des clients et travailler en collaboration avec les équipes produit et opérations afin d’améliorer l’offre de services.
- Développer et renforcer les relations avec les courtiers hypothécaires du Québec, afin de devenir leur partenaire de confiance privilégié.
Expérience et compétences
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role (B2B SaaS or real estate/financial services experience a plus)
- ___

- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en administration des affaires ou en marketing.
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience en réussite client, en gestion de comptes ou dans un rôle similaire orienté client (expérience en SaaS B2B ou dans les services immobiliers/financiers, un atout).
