The CNE serves as a key clinical resource, providing on-call support and expert guidance to nursing staff in real-time. This role is responsible for assisting nurses with clinical decision-making, task execution, and the application of evidence-based practices to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The CNE collaborates with staff across all shifts to address complex patient situations, clarify clinical protocols, and promote ongoing professional development.
