Position Description

- Provide a top-notch guest experience
- Prepare our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
- Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen products according to specifications
- Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Handle cash, reconcile cash and daily paperwork
- Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance
- Maintain and order inventory and supplies
- Train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
- Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
- Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and security codes
