What you’ll do

Lead & Elevate Teams

- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of data engineering and insights leaders.
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Engage senior executives with bold ideas that generate measurable business value.

Drive Data Innovation

- Champion the exploration, testing, and adoption of new data technologies and modern engineering practices.
- Evaluate, select, and manage external data vendors and technology partners.
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into scalable enterprise solutions.

Architect Enterprise Data Products

- Serve as the go-to advisor for scalable, customer-centric data products across multiple business units.
- Prioritize and expand strategic data assets that enable deeper insights and efficiencies.
- Lead development of advanced analytics, digital insight capabilities, and unified data experiences.
- Accelerate the creation and adoption of reusable data frameworks and platforms.

Deliver High-Value Data Solutions

- Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and define future-state data capabilities.
- Promote cross-functional data sharing to enhance decision-making across the organization.
- Oversee development and delivery of high-impact data products while ensuring compliance with internal, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Continuously refine data engineering practices, governance models, and delivery processes.

What you need to succeed

Must-have experience

- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, CRM analytics, digital analytics, or insights strategy.
- Proven strategic leadership with a track record of influencing executives and driving large-scale transformation.
- Deep experience with data engineering, analytics, digital delivery, model development, and data governance.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and enterprise portfolios.
- Strong capability in change management and complex program leadership.

Nice-to-haves

- Knowledge of cloud data ecosystems, AI, ML, or emerging data technologies.
