Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Permanent Full Time

REQUIREMENTS:

Registered or eligible to register with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)

Graduate from a recognized Canadian accredited school of Ultrasound Technology; including hands on clinical placements

Successful completion of Sonography Canada and/or ARDMS Exams: Sonography Principles and Instrumentation, OB/GYN, Abdomen

Ability to perform OB/GYN, Pelvis, Abdomen, Neck, Small parts and extremity exams, Carotids and DVTs

Current Certificate in First Aid/BCLS an asset

Basic understanding of imaging RIS and PACS

Ability to work Independently

Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Able to function effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team

Demonstrated pattern of good attendance

New Graduates encouraged to apply
