Our client is a fast-growing and well capitalized software company with a very low attrition rate. A growing number of Global 3000 companies use our client's software to create leaner and more reliable data centers. They are currently licensed on thousand of servers globally and the number is continuing to rise. Their clients range in industries as diverse as Financial Services, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Technology and Managed Services, etc.

They have engaged ROSS to recruit Web Application Developers. ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation complemented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

The successful candidate will join our client's dynamic engineering team and contribute to the creation of the client's Data Center Intelligence product, this position reports to the Director of Engineering. An ideal candidate would have deep skills in Web Application design and development with a passion for building leading edge web based user interfaces.

You Will

- Collaborate with feature teams to design and develop innovative solutions with a focus on rapid delivery while maintaining balanced attention on quality, performance and usability.

- Collaborate with team to define functional and detailed design requirements.

- Assist and help maintain and track the team's portion of project schedule.

- Work with other product development and support teams to resolve defect reports and enhancement requests.

- Work closely with the engineering team to find ways to push the limits of existing web technology in pursuit of creating the best possible solutions.

- Keeping current with new technologies, techniques and apply them where suitable.

You Have

- 2 - 5 years of web application development experience.

- Strong software development skills (Java, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.).

- Proven web application development experience.

- Experience building enterprise solutions.

- Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
