Role summary:

This person will report directly to the Manager, Service Delivery and will be responsible for managing research and development projects of varying scope and scale, to ensure they are completed according to specifications and timelines. In the role of Project Manager, you will be joining a world-class Service Delivery team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems. This position is fully on-site and working from our Bluewater office location. Currently, the working hours for this role are from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Please note that as our company evolves, working arrangements, locations, and hours may change to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include:

· Managing multiple concurrent R&D projects (scope, budget, schedule, and resources) from project initiation to project closeout

· Preparing and submitting client proposal documents, working with R&D scientists and engineers to develop project documentation

· Interacting with technical management and personnel to coordinate R&D activities to initiate projects and maintain progress

· Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on project progress and other reporting as required

· Supporting internal stakeholders to develop new or improved systems and processes

· Supporting the Manager, Service Delivery as required, including project management procedure and guide development

· Other duties as assigned

You are:

· A bachelor’s degree in engineering or science

· 3-5 years of relevant technical and project work experience

· Familiar with project management lifecycle and best practices

· A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative

· Well organized and invested in the details

· Able to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization

· Consultative and engaging, able to influence senior leaders

· A critical thinker able to manage complex information

· Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· An effective communicator
