Position: Senior Engine Mechanic – Jet Engines

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engine Mechanic to join our clients maintenance team. This role involves both in-shop and on-wing work and demands a strong mechanical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out mechanical work involving the inspection, servicing, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines, both in the shop and directly on aircraft when required.
- Utilize technical manuals, work instructions, and engineering documents to perform accurate diagnostics and corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace or refurbish faulty components, and validate repairs through testing and calibration.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company protocols, regulatory guidelines, and safety standards.
- Identify and address discrepancies, escalating unresolved issues through proper internal channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

- High school diploma or GED (mandatory); post-secondary technical training or college diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree considered an asset.
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience working with jet engines.
- Familiarity with CFM and LEAP engines is an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated reliability, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Must be flexible, safety-conscious, and willing to travel as needed.
