HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

An active role in the Canadian market supporting product complaints, fleet concerns, technical support to sales. Respond to technical issues, and follow new production tires for market acceptance. Work with internal and external teams to help train them on warranty complaints and processes. Timely reporting of findings into the Global Warranty system.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of quality assurance processes, procedures and controls to meet established performance, quality and safety standards.
Technical product service: Provide qualified resolution of technical and/or product related questions from end-users; Consulting of local sales and marketing organization in technical questions/aspects; Provide technical training and presentations to field sales team.
Warranty: Adjudicate warranty tires at customer account locations; provide competent feedback to customers on failure modes.
Provide technical field support in retread and digital solutions
Product Performance Monitoring: Provide relevant tire samples and info into the Corporate Early Warning System; Evaluate, track, and summarize performance reporting vs. competition at customer
Customer Services: Provide technical evaluation to fleet customers; travel with Territory Sales Manager and Key Account Managers and/or replacement dealer/fleet sales managers to provide technical support; Evaluates and report on new product performance in the America sales region; Represent Continental on tire technical issues at customer locations. Prepare and conduct professional presentations to internal and external clients, including upper management and executive teams.
This is an open position and the use of AI is not used in the selection process. Estimated starting salary range is $76 – 90k depending on experience and location of the candidate.

Un rôle actif sur le marché canadien: gestion des plaintes concernant les produits, des préoccupations des parcs automobiles et soutien technique aux ventes. Répondre aux problèmes techniques et assurer le suivi des nouveaux pneus de production jusqu’à leur acceptation par le marché. Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes pour les former aux plaintes et aux processus liés à la garantie. Transmettre les résultats en temps opportun au système de garantie mondial.
Responsable de la surveillance et du maintien des processus, procédures et contrôles d’assurance qualité afin de respecter les normes de performance, de qualité et de sécurité établies.
Service technique des produits: Fournir une résolution qualifiée aux questions techniques et/ou liées aux produits des utilisateurs finaux; Consulter l’équipe locale des ventes et du marketing sur les questions/aspects techniques; Offrir des formations techniques et des présentations à l’équipe de vente sur le terrain.
Garantie: Évaluer les pneus sous garantie dans les points de vente; fournir une rétroaction compétente aux clients sur les modes de défaillance.
Fournir un soutien technique sur le terrain pour le rechapage et les solutions numériques.
Suivi de la performance des produits: Fournir des échantillons de pneus et des informations pertinents au système d’alerte précoce de l’entreprise; Évaluer, suivre et synthétiser les rapports de performance par rapport à la concurrence chez les clients.
Service client: Fournir une évaluation technique aux clients des flottes; se déplacer avec le directeur des ventes de territoire et les responsables des grands comptes et/ou les responsables des ventes des concessionnaires de remplacement/flottes pour fournir un soutien technique; évaluer et rendre compte des performances des nouveaux produits dans la région Amérique; représenter Continental sur les problèmes techniques liés aux pneus chez les clients. Préparer et animer des présentations professionnelles pour les clients internes et externes, y compris la haute direction et les équipes de direction.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Relevant Bachelors degree or Equivalent
- 2+ years experience in the field of tire orvehicle technology, or4+ yearsif no relevant Bachelors Degree
- Must be able to stack, unstack and handle Commercial Vehicle Tires and equipment
- Polished presentation skills; ability to instruct effectively
- English & French fluency
- Home office to be located near an airport
- Frequent travel (50+%)

- Valid drivers license and passport
- Legal Authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this job opening.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of tire manufacturing, testing or failed tire analysis experience
- Truck Tires Sales and/or R&D experience
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ AU POSTE
- Baccalauréat pertinent ou équivalent
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies des pneus ou des véhicules, ou au moins quatre ans si vous n'avez pas de baccalauréat pertinent
- Capacité à empiler, à désempiler et à manipuler des pneus et de l'équipement pour véhicules commerciaux
- Excellentes compétences en présentation et capacité à donner des instructions efficaces
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Bureau à domicile situé près d'un aéroport
- Déplacements fréquents (50 % et plus)
- Capacité à empiler, à désempiler et à manipuler des pneus et de l'équipement pour véhicules commerciaux
- Permis de conduire et passeport valides
- Autorisation légale de travailler au Canada requise. Nous ne parrainerons pas de visas de travail pour ce poste.
