We are seeking a Network Administrator to support and maintain our IT and OT network infrastructure across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring reliable and secure connectivity, optimizing network automation, monitoring performance, and assisting with cross-functional IT/OT integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Support

- Maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises network systems.
- Assist with configuration and deployment of networking hardware in new and existing facilities.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for network processes and configurations.

Server Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance

- Support the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of on-premises and virtual servers.
- Ensure server infrastructure performance, uptime, and security.
- Assist in provisioning new servers and maintaining existing environments to meet business demands.

Incident Response & Security

- Participate in disaster recovery testing and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Conduct daily network security checks and review dashboards for anomalies.
- Help ensure compliance with vendor SLAs and internal standards.

Backup & Recovery

- Monitor daily backups and test automated virtual machine restores.
- Investigate and resolve any issues in backup operations promptly.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work with IT and OT teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Share insights with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
