Accounts Receivable Specialist – Montreal, VSL
Hypertec is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Montreal, VSL. If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to see your application.

What You’ll Be Contributing
- Respond to customer requests through the receivable inbox, with regards to collections.
- Answer incoming calls from the Accounts Receivable extension.
- Send invoices and statement copies.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Handle the recovery of unpaid accounts.
- Receive credit card requests and process in Moneris.
- Request payment remittances to customers.
- Respond to all customers inquiries and record notes in Excel.
- Investigation, follow up & problem solving related to customer disputes.
- Participate to any other projects assigned by the manager.
What Sets You Apart
- College diploma is preferred.
- Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
- Customer service and collection experience using Multi Currency.
- Must be able to communicate in French, spoken and written.
- Must have good computer skills using Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of analysis and reconciliation is an asset.
- Experience with SAP Business One is an asset.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to innovate, be versatile and autonomous.
- Ability to multi-task priorities within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to negotiate.
