Overview

Location - York Region
Shift - Day Shift
Pay - $35-40+/hr

TRAVEL ACROSS CANADA, USA AND EUROPE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

- Assemble, fit, and align conveyors, robotic cells, sub‑components, and custom automation equipment using precise technical drawings.

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Support routing and installation of cable trays, conduit, and structural brackets.

- Diagnose, maintain, and repair complex production and facility systems.

- Conduct testing, trial runs, and full equipment commissioning at client sites (domestic & international).

- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace while ensuring all builds meet high‑quality standards.

- Work closely with engineers, electricians, and project managers to deliver turnkey automation solutions.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of industrial mechanical or equipment assembly experience.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting fabrication, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.

- Skilled in machining, fitting, and mechanical assembly.

- Experience with custom machinery, robotics, or conveyor systems is a strong asset.

- Comfortable with power tools, precision measuring devices, and general fabrication processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Must be able to travel internationally and work overtime/weekends when required.
