What You Will Do

- Train Emergency Technicians on job execution, ensuring correct procedures are followed, including the proper use of Encircle
- Oversee the correct operation of mitigation equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and other restoration tools
- Ensure timely completion of all projects, meeting or exceeding company standards
- Offer constructive feedback and create opportunities for team development
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols to protects employees and clients
- Regularly inspect projects and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure satisfaction
- Provide continuous training for team members to keep their skills up to date
- Offer back up support to the Emergency Manager when needed

What You Have

- 3 + years of experience in the restoration industry (preferred)
- Water Restoration Technician Certification (preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Experience driving and parking a panel van and cube truck
- Ability to lift industrial fans (30-40 lbs)
- Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers (75-100 lbs)
- Knowledge of construction and basic building materials
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
