We believe in opportunities for growth & development, teamwork, and engagement.We are hiring a **Store Operations Associate** for our store at 2610 Victoria Avenue East, Regina, SK**What Giant Tiger Brings:*** Store Discount* Profit Sharing* Safety-first environment**What You’ll Be Doing:**• Responsible for balancing the cash registers; • Preparing bank deposits and entering information for daily cash report; • Training associates on SKU / pricing related issues, printing signs and labels and operating the RF unit; • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of perpetual inventory and product pricing.; • Prepare and participate in cycle counts;• Following the best practices when receiving and processing merchandise;• Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed;• Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed.**What You’ll Bring:** • Effective analytical and organizational skills; • Strong attention to detail; • Previous experience in a retail environment.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills (customers, vendors, other third party);• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment; **When You’ll Work:** A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly. **Store Operations Associate, Physical Demands of Position:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
