What You’ll Do

As a Senior Manager, you’ll oversee complex client engagements—including audits, reviews, compilations, and advanced tax work—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, working alongside Partners to provide thoughtful guidance and responsive service.

You’ll also play a central role in leading and developing our team—mentoring staff, supporting those in the CPA program, and helping shape how we work through training, feedback, and process improvements.

Your Impact

Your leadership will guide junior managers and professional staff, helping them build confidence and technical skill. You’ll contribute to firm-wide initiatives, collaborate on strategic planning, and help ensure our culture stays strong as we evolve.

What We’re Looking For

- CPA designation with 2–5 years of public practice experience in a management role
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and support multi-disciplinary teams
- A collaborative, growth-minded leader who values mentorship and team development
- Someone excited to relocate to Creston and be part of a close-knit community
