Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machinery to craft components to exact technical specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize G-code or CAM software to program CNC machines, optimizing
- Document all machining activities comprehensively, including machine settings, tool changes, and production output.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing a secure working environment for all.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine machining techniques and address technical challenges.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to uphold peak performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct meticulous inspections of machined parts using precision instruments, ensuring compliance with design requirements, machining processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist, demonstrating proficiency in both operation and programming.
- Strong grasp of CNC programming languages (G-code) and familiarity with CAM software.
- Flexibility to accommodate non-standard hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical resilience to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
- Keen problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Versatility across various machining processes, including milling, turning, and drilling.
