• Process and manage regular payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation.
• Verify and reconcile employee hours, time sheets, and related records to maintain payroll integrity.
• Handle benefit administration tasks, including enrolment, updates, and coordination with payroll systems.
• Conduct payment processing activities, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and deduction regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of Canadian payroll standards, applying them to daily operations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data through systematic reconciliation and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payroll-related inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Generate detailed payroll reports and summaries for management review and auditing purposes.
• Stay informed on updates to payroll legislation and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
