Are you ready to take on exciting challenges?Our client, a prestigious name in the audiovisual industry, is looking for a Purchasing and Project Coordinator to join their growing team and contribute to their continued successWhat's in it for you?- Competitive salary up to $60K, based on your experience- Excellent benefits: Health insurance, 3 weeks of vacation, and a clear path for career advancement- A work environment that values passion and expertise in the audiovisual worldWho you are:- Advanced French with a proven ability to communicate seamlessly- Experienced with at least two years in purchasing and project coordination, ideally within the audiovisual or related industry- Passionate about audiovisual equipment and eager to apply your knowledge to help the company thriveOther Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced - Reasons for Language Requirement: Communicate with suppliers- Frequency of Use: Regularly What you'll be doing:- Work closely with project managers, technicians, and supervisors to assess and fulfill purchasing needs- Take the lead in determining the right quantities and product selections for audiovisual equipment and ensure timely procurement- Help manage inventory levels for integration projects, ensuring everything is stocked and ready to go- Import and ensure the accuracy of all quotes from suppliers- Collaborate with the Manager to analyze brand performance, margins, and sales trends- Track actual product costs, margins, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize operations- Negotiate with suppliers on prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation to ensure the best deals- Streamline procurement processes to support seamless project execution and meet business goalsThis is a fantastic opportunity to bring your audiovisual expertise to a growing company where your skills will be valued, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact.
