Salesforce Reporting Analyst

Data & Reporting

- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Tableau.
- Optimize reporting processes through automation and best practices.
- Maintain and improve existing reporting workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Data Integrity & Governance

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with relevant teams to improve data governance.

Data Analysis & Insights

- Analyse complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support KPIs, financial metrics, and client-specific requirements.
- Present data-driven findings through clear, compelling reports and visualisations tools, inc Tableau, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and conduct data quality checks regularly.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to implement reporting-related changes and enhancements
- Translate business needs into technical reporting specifications.

Training & Documentation

- Provide support and training to employees in interpreting and using reports effectively.
- Develop clear documentation and user guides for reporting tools and dashboards.

The Person:

- Proven experience in a Salesforce reporting or data analysis role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce reporting capabilities
- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including objects, fields, and relationships
- Previous experience in a reporting or analytics role within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity and accuracy
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
