If so, Booster Juice is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant (District Manager) to oversee and support our franchise partners out of the GTHA (Niagara, Burlington, Hamilton).
Today, Booster juice has expanded to close to 500 locations across Canada
As part of our dynamic Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring franchisees succeed. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be part of a brand that fuels active lifestyles and delivers premium products in an extraordinary environment
What you/'ll do
As a Franchise Business Consultant (District Manager), you’ll be the go-to expert for franchise partners in your region, helping them succeed by optimizing operations, improving customer experiences, and achieving business goals. Your mission? To bring the Booster Juice brand promise to life —delivering premium products in an extraordinary, clean, and safe environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the Trusted Partner: Build strong relationships with franchise owners through impactful, solution-driven restaurant visits that drive sales, profitability, and exceptional service.
- Lead with Integrity: Uphold Booster Juice’s culture and values by coaching teams to operate efficiently and with the highest standards.
- Develop Top Performers: Guide franchise partners in building strong, customer-focused teams that deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities for increased sales, enhance operational efficiencies, and establish action plans for success.
- Solve Problems Like a Pro: Address challenges head-on, remove obstacles, and implement strategic solutions that drive positive change.
- Ensure Brand Excellence: Conduct Brand Promise Reports and uphold Booster Juice’s high-quality standards across all locations.
- Support New Ventures: Lead new store openings and franchise transitions to ensure seamless execution.
- Be a Cross-Functional Connector: Work closely with Marketing, Real Estate, and Store Development teams to support regional operations.
- Ensure Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-regulated environment across all locations in your region.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years in a Regional Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- 5+ years in QSR, food & beverage, or retail operations.
- 3+ years in business development, financial analysis, and training & development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid Driver’s License & Personal Vehicle (frequent travel required).

73,000 - 77,000 CAD per year (Remote (Ontario, CA))
