Are you passionate about safety and skilled in training? Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Flex Health and Safety Trainer and play a pivotal role in educating and empowering others to create safer workplaces. We are looking for a knowledgeable and adaptable individual to deliver essential safety training programs to employees across various industries.

Part time training roles available based out of any of our locations in Ontario: Oakville, Barrie, Ottawa

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and deliver high-quality safety training courses as per company requirements.

- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of each training session to ensure learning objectives are met.

- Assist in identifying new business opportunities for further training and consulting services.

- Provide top-tier instruction for our most popular safety programs:

- Working At Heights

- Industrial Fall Protection

- Joint Health & Safety Committee

- Elevating Work Platforms

- Forklift

- Crane – Mobile and/or Overhead

- Lock-out/Tag-out

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in delivering safety training programs.

- In-depth knowledge of industry-standard safety protocols.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.

- Ability to assess and adapt training methods to meet the needs of various learners.

- Certification in the relevant safety programs is an asset.
