- Create 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings for a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and thermoformed plastic.

- Work within structured timelines to meet OEM program milestones (pilot builds, FAIs, and production validation).

- Participate in design reviews and engineering validations, including testing and FEA (if applicable).

- Travel to customer or integrator sites to support installations, measurements, and product validation as needed.

- Experience:

- 2+ years in mechanical design, preferably in automotive or vehicle customization.

- Hands‑on experience with SolidWorks, particularly in sheet metal design and welded assemblies.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.

- Comfortable with occasional travel and fieldwork (vehicle measurements, pilot builds, etc.).

If you have the above‑mentioned qualifications and are interested in this position, please send your resume (mentioning the job title) to Jennifer.schonholzer@rangerdesign.com.

We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
