Program Overview
The Graybar Canada Management Development Program has been designed to condense years of invaluable hands‑on experience into a 36‑month program. This challenging series of assignments will allow you to quickly gain responsibilities and experience fast career growth. It will also provide you with ongoing training and career mentorship.

Note: In order to allow for timely career progression, it is imperative that the candidate have the flexibility to relocate as required within the New Brunswick region for the full duration of the program.
Program Purpose
The purpose of this program is to provide the Manager‑in‑Development with the knowledge, skills and experience to be a future sales leader. Upon successful completion of the program, the Manager‑in‑Development will be eligible to apply for roles in management, sales, and operations.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A University or College degree (preferably in business), or equivalent experience and education (diploma)
- Candidates must have the ability to relocate to any location within Atlantic Canada during training and upon successful completion of the program.
- Must have a strong desire to grow their career in sales and/or sales management.
- Must be willing to complete required assessments for the recruitment process.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours as per the business needs.
- Must have the ability to travel for lengthy periods of time during the duration of the 36 month program.
- An outgoing disposition with high sociability.
- Demonstrated leadership in employment and extra‑curricular activities (e.g. school, sports, and volunteerism.)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- A desire to succeed and exceed expectations.
- Must be comfortable working autonomously.
- Able to manage time effectively, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have a strong desire to learn, with the ability to take constructive criticism.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a warehousing environment.
- Must lead by example.
- Due to travel, the candidate must hold a valid driver’s license, and have access to reliable transportation.
