We are expanding our dedicated team and are currently looking for Early Childhood Educators (ECEs). We welcome applications from recent graduates and Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) holders who are eager to gain valuable Canadian work experience and grow their careers in childcare.

Position Details

- Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible schedule, to be determined)
- Vacancies: 3
- Wage: $19.00/hour
- Location: Calgary, AB
- Employer is willing to Support the PR via PNP Stream.

Education and Experience

- Completion of a two- to four-year college program in early childhood education or a bachelor's degree in child development is required.
- Canadian certification in ECE & LEVEL 2 or 3 ACCREDATION
- Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant childcare experience

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement child-care programs fostering physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
- Lead storytelling, songs, crafts, and recreational activities
- Guide children with daily routines including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- Encourage creativity through play, music, art, and drama
- Monitor and record children’s learning progress and behavior
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and community service providers
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and supportive environment
- Supervise child-care assistants and support team members
