This role supports a mother of four and founder of a mission-driven business, helping to ensure that home, children, and logistics flow smoothly during a dynamic season of growth.Key Responsibilities:-Weekly coordination with the children’s father (pickups, handoffs, sick days, schedule updates)-Light housekeeping related to daily life (dishes, breakfast clean-up, laundry, kids’ spaces)-Occasional support with children’s logistics (lunch prep, school/sports coordination)-Availability to step in while mom is traveling for work-Willingness to offer practical support to the children’s father during these periods-Travel flexibility a bonus (for select family trips)-Strong communication, discretion, and presence required-Must be comfortable signing an NDAThis role is ideal for someone who is:-Calm under pressure and attuned to both structure and flow-Proactive, reliable, and confident managing multiple moving parts-Grounded, emotionally mature, and able to hold space without drama- Someone who enjoys creating order and ease behind the scenesThis is a part-time role with flexibility, starting September 2025.
