Reporting to the Mechanical Team Lead, the Certified Millwright is a key member of our Maintenance Team – ensuring the safe & reliable repair of process equipment and effective preventative maintenance practices.

You'll Do:

- Demonstrate 100% commitment towards completing all tasks safely
- Trouble shoot and problem solve items impacting process equipment
- Active involvement with predictive and preventative maintenance
- Effectively complete safety and mechanical inspections
- Execute safe lifts using hoisting, rigging, proper slings & shackles
- Provide insight with root cause analysis of mechanical failure
- Participate in effective housekeeping of clean & organized work areas

You have:

- Red Seal Millwright certification
- Minimum of five (5) years of millwright experience in an industrial environment; preference given to those with forest product experience
- Ability to carry out light fabrication and welding tasks will be considered an asset
- Relentless commitment to safe work practices
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
- Effective communication and computer skills
