Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT? As a LAN Administrator, you will be the backbone of our internal technology operations, ensuring seamless system performance and user satisfaction.
In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise in networking, security, and Microsoft applications to troubleshoot issues and implement innovative solutions that boost productivity.

- Permanent Full-Time position
- Requires 3 days in office each week
- Hours of Work:
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Ability to work flexible hours outside of regular office hours may be required
- Part of an on-call rotation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, configuration and implementation of network and systems equipment that support all of the corporate business needs
- Maintains and manages Network routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, radius and wireless systems
- Maintains and manages Microsoft 365 environment, Windows Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Windows compute cluster and all desktops, laptops and tablets in the environment
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues reported from staff or from monitoring systems
- Investigate user problems, identify root cause, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
- Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
- Requires proficiency in cable management skills and the ability to adhere to established guidelines
- Pursuing support with Third Parties as required
- Performing on-site work when required where any equipment that may be support is located
- Reviewing/creating documentation including design drawings and training other staff to work with the tools and services provided
- Implementation of services
- Escalated Troubleshooting
- Software Updates of relevant systems
- Development of new services and technologies.
- Develop in-depth understanding into third party tools, and able to work around gaps in functionality as required.
- Any other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
- College or University degree preferred; significant experience may be considered with a minimum of a High School Diploma
- Valid Class G Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
- Education/experience demonstrating the ability to learn and apply complex concepts in real-world situations
- Required: CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications
- Preferred: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise, Juniper Enterprise Routing and Switching (JNCIP-ENT), Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Preferred: Project and vendor management experience; supporting multi-vendor technologies across edge, access, and core networks
- Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills for regular interaction within and outside the organization
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and typing skills
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (OSI model) and Cisco IOS
