Are you a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist /Senior Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales offices across Canada. This is a great opportunity to put your HR generalist skills into action while making a real impact on employees and leaders across the country.

What You’ll Do

- Provide day-to-day HR support to our sales offices nationwide, both remotely and through occasional on-site visits.
- Support recruitment and staffing needs, including vacancies, promotions, and transfers.
- Partner with managers and employees on employee and employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Maintain and support our HR Information System and employee data management.
- Assist with benefits, payroll coordination, and HR planning.
- Take on special HR projects that help us improve processes and employee experience.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and leaders, becoming their go-to HR partner.

What We’re Looking For

- University degree in a related field, Certificate in HR Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee and labour relations.
- Experience supporting multiple sites or regions, ideally in a sales, manufacturing, or service-based environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Canada (approx. 15 – 25%).
- Strong communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficiency with HR Information Systems and other HR technologies.
- Ability to build relationships and provide guidance at all levels of the organization.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
