Lead PEGA SSA Architect — Client-Facing BPM Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead PEGA SSA with 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Camunda BPM and a strong background in the Transportation and Logistics domain. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

- The applicants should have strong experience in PEGA. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers. Certified PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA).

- Minimum 6-8 years of application development with 4+ years’ development experience in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).

- Hands on experience in Pega 7 required. Specific experience in Banking or Healthcare Industry will be a plus.

- Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM) Software Development project lifecycle.

- Should have experience or willingness to work in an Offshore-Onsite model.

- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit) To design Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications using PegaSystems' Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC 8.0).

- Deployment and integration testing of developed components in Development and Test environments.

- Actively participate in the requirements design and build phases, delivering high quality deliverables to ensure delivery of solutions within the structured timeframe.

- Support QA (resolve issues and release fixes) UAT and production support when required.

Qualifications

- · Analyses requirements made at client’s sites in order to meet project functional requirements.

- Development in the agile methodology involved in the daily SCRUM meeting. Provide the design and contribute to the documentation as required by project methodology. Contributes to the design of the application typically focused on specific automation or integration activities.

- Works with all groups (Requirements, Development, Deployment and Testing) to help insure best possible design for a Solution.

- Designing and implementing complex user interfaces (UI) using Sections, Harness, Flow actions, Navigation, Tree Grids, Skins and other rules of PRPC UI.

- Working on rules related to security such as Access groups, Roles, and Responsibilities etc. Developed PRPC Security rules like PRPC Roles, Privileges and Access When Working on Object Relationships, Specialization techniques, Reporting, Routing, Circumstancing, Persistence, Authentication, Agents, Functions, Services, and Connectors Et

- . Must have domain expertise in Payer.

Certifications Required

- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Salary and Other Compensation:

· The annual salary for this position is between $115,500 CAD to $130,000 CAD depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

· This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
