To successfully complete its projects, FTE Drilling has built a large fleet of highly specialized vehicles to carry out commercial, residential, and industrial work. We are known for our high-quality work in the following areas:

Water well drilling

Geothermal drilling

Directional drilling

Sonic drilling

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to manage the Sherbrooke store.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Perform in-store sales
- Answer customer inquiries in-store and by phone
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs
- Carry out physicochemical analyses for customers
- Forward results to the sales representative
- Restock the store as needed
- Ensure a pleasant in-store experience through clear and logical merchandising
- Advise customers on the appropriate type of analysis

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma

Knowledge of plumbing is an asset

2 years of customer service experience

Bilingual in English and French
