Senior Ingenium Developer in Toronto, ON- Hybrid- FTE

Key Responsibilities:

- Seeking a Senior Ingenium Developer with 10+ years of experience in Mainframe development, including COBOL, JCL, REXX scripting, DB2, and PL/SQL.
- Must have strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Ingenium 6.x / 7.x across Mainframe, Windows, and AIX environments, with deep knowledge of Canadian Life Insurance products.
- Responsible for delivering new sales and policy servicing functionality on the Ingenium 7.7 platform, including development, unit testing, integration support, legacy analysis, and code conversion.
- Experience working in Agile/Kanban, using tools like Git Bitbucket and Docker, and collaborating with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
- Strong communication, technical design, and backlog grooming skills required, with proven ability to work with architects, sprint teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
